At The Counterpunch Boxing Club, we offer a range of boxing classes for any age or gender. Our programs focus on technique, fitness, and discipline in a supportive, high-energy environment.

PRIVATE TRAINING

Our experienced coaches provide tailored, one-on-one private training to meet your boxing goals and skill level. Whether you are trying to refine your technique, boost your fitness, or prepare for competition, our dedicated team is here to support your journey.

LIL' PUNCHERS (AGES 7-10)

Introduce your child to the fundamentals of boxing in a fun, safe environment. Our Lil' Punchers class emphasizes:

Sparring is optional (with doctor's approval and proper gear). Classes are 1 hour and 30 minutes long.

  • Pad Work

  • Partner drills teaching respect, discipline, and good sportsmanship

  • Circuit Training

BEGINNER'S (AGES 11+)

Get fit, learn techniques, and enjoy a supportive, mixed-gender environment. This 1-hour class covers:

No sparring, focusing on skill development and conditioning.

HEELS OFF, GLOVES ON (WOMEN ONLY, AGES 11+)

A women's-only boxing fitness class, providing a comfortable environment for women to work out. This non-sparring class focuses on:

Perfect for those who are seeking a healthy work-life balance. Classes are 1 hour long with no sparring, ideal for fitting in a workout after work.
